A Heartfelt Union of Two Becoming OneAubrey Keeling and Michael Reynolds were pronounced husband and wife at The Blanford House Wedding and Event Venue in Oakland, KY, on November 2, 2019 surrounded by those they love. Aubrey's MG Wedding Coordination experience was pretty unique for a couple of reasons -- first of all, Aubrey is one of my best friends and an Associate Coordinator for the company, and secondly being dear friends, I had the honor of not only acting as her Coordinator, but also standing next to her as a Bridesmaid while my husband stood next to Michael as a groomsman! It was a family affair for the Reynolds big day, and it could not have been more beautiful. The Blanford House Wedding and Event Venue not only has a beautiful courtyard ceremony space and spacious reception auditorium, but it also boasts 6 bedrooms, a bridal suite, and a groom's cave, so this made for an exceptional immersive wedding experience for Aubrey and Michael's wedding crew. Aubrey's big day started when her beauty team arrived and it was time for us girls to get to glamming. While Kayla perfected every hairstyle, Nicole matched every skin tone, and together they made each one of us feel our most beautiful. While I did partake in the beauty session, I also worked on making sure everything was going as planned with the cake delivery and the florals. As I stepped back inside from the auditorium, I couldn't help but stop and bask in the pure bliss I could feel with every sense -- from the smell of the boys' breakfast in the oven, to the sound of the giggles coming from the flower girls in the Bridal Suite. There was no doubt about it from the very beginning, Aubrey and Michael were destined to have a perfect day. From exchanging letters, to taking a second for a calming touch, Aubrey and Michael sought out ways to be with each other before their wedding ceremony without doing a first look. While I am a huge advocate for following a schedule, it's so important that you're flexible on the little details of your big day -- take time to do what you need to do, and for Aubrey she needed a moment to hold Michael's hand before the thrill and excitement of the big day really got underway. There was certainly no shortage of happy tears when it came to all the special moments Aubrey shared. Once the jitters were calmed, Aubrey and her mother created precious memories together as they brought her perfect bridal look to life. When she was officially dressed, she made her grand reveal to all her favorite gals before it was time to reveal herself as a Bride to the very first man she loved, her Dad. With all these little moments quickly past, it was finally time to walk down the aisle. The bride and groom wrote beautiful vows to one another which they shared before their guests with quivering voices and tear-filled eyes, before sealing the deal with a kiss and official pronouncement as husband and wife. When the exit was complete, guests made their way into the reception to begin feasting upon the barbecue meal while Ally, the photographer facilitated the wedding party and couple portraits. After the wedding party was introduced to the reception it was time to welcome the new Mr. and Mrs. Upon their entry, the two newly weds went right into their first dance together which ended in a shower of confetti, and yielded the most creative candid photographs and the sweetest video clip. The night progressed right along with special remarks from the Bride's father, the Maid of Honor, and the Best Man, in addition to special dances for the Bride and her dad as well as the Groom and his mom. After the couple cut their cake, guests succumbed to the sugary bliss of donut desserts. The dance floor opened and there wasn't a guest in the building that wasn't busting a move. The cherished memories continued as Aubrey tossed her bouquet, Michael threw the garter, and guests let love shine with a sparkler lit pathway for the two to walk through. While everyone danced the night away, no one lost sight of the love we were all celebrating -- a freshly turned page in a new chapter of the beautiful love story that is Aubrey and Michael Reynolds'.
